Return period
Exceptionally, during the Christmas season, all orders made from November 2nd, have until January 10th for their return
Purchases wished to be returned have a period of 30 calendar days starting from the date of receipt of the order.
If you want to return a product please follow this steps:
Return method
- Print the return form. You can download it from here.
- Insert the product into its original box. We recommend using the same box in wicth you received it.
- Fill this form and put it inside the box.

- As soon as we receive it we’ll check the product, and if everything is ok we will refund your money back.
Shipping agency
You can choose the delivery service of your choice.
Return costs
All shipping costs must be paid by the sender. If there are additional costs due to customs and taxes these will subtracted from the total refund.
